#6. SPIDERS

Spiders are terrifying enough as it is even in real life (especially the hairy kind), but good old Resident Evil decided to infect them with viruses and turn them into giant mutated beasts. One look was enough to paralyze us with fear, and watching them skitter in your direction was enough to make you turn around and run. If you did kill one, it would usually be followed by hundreds of smaller, disgusting spiders exploding out of the big one’s body, which is enough fuel for a decade’s worth of nightmares. The prospect of spiders made in the RE Engine is a terrifying one, but one we’re quite excited about.
