Resident Evil 3: Nemesis looked at the Drain Deimos and thought, “you know what these need? To be more disgusting to look at and harder to take down.” And this, the Brain Suckers were born. Once one of these latched on to you, getting rid of them was an absolute nightmare, while they could also take a lot of punishment without going down. There weren’t a terrible amount of these in the game, but every encounter with one was a heart-pounding one.
