Rayman Legends New Map “20,000 Lums Under The Sea” Revealed, Pre-Order Incentives Announced

Barbara as AC3: Liberation's Aveline? Sweet.

Posted By | On 14th, May. 2013

We’ve already seen the musical platforming of Mariachi Madness – now Ubisoft Montpellier has revealed some new screenshots and footage of the underwater level “20 000 Lums under the Sea”. Gorgeous doesn’t even begin to describe it, as players use the darkness to avoid enemies and strike stealthily.

Speaking of which, Rayman and Barbara don some reasonably stealthy avatars for themselves. Ubisoft has announced that fans who preorder from UK retailer GAME will be able to net some special character skins from other famous franchises.

For Wii users, there will be an Aveline De Grandpré outfit from Assassin’s Creed 3: Liberation for Barbara. PlayStation 3 users will receive an Edward Kenway outfit from Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag for Rayman, while Xbox 360 users will see the limbless wonder dressed as Splinter Cell Blacklist’s Sam Fisher.

And yes, the night vision goggles are included.

Rayman Legends is set to release on August 30th in Europe and on September 3rd in North America.
