Ready To Take On The Robot Horde? Man Vs Machine Now Available

Posted By | On 16th, Aug. 2012

I think we can all agree that Team Fortress 2 is one of the most supported games by its developer, can’t we? Well, Valve has just taken that title to a whole new level.

Man Vs Machine, Team Fortress 2 first official survival co-op Vs. Ai game mode is now available for free on Steam. The update should automatically download the next time you’re on Steam and comes in at roughly 930mb.

The brand new game mode includes three new maps and lets you and 5 friends work together to take on waves of bloodthirsty robots; depending on how long you manage to survive, you’ll be able to upgrade your abilities to hopefully hold off that little bit longer before the inevitable happens… y’know, death.

A surprise addition to Man Vs Machine is ‘Man Up’ tickets. Whenever you complete a ‘mission’ you’ll be given the option to spend/buy Man Up tickets for a small fee which then give you a small chance of earning even rarer goodies to deck your Team Fortress 2 classes out with.

The update sounds brilliant, can’t wait to get my hands on it later. Played it? Let us know!
