Rockstar has recently confirmed that the summer update for Red Dead Online, titled Blood Money, will be releasing on July 13th across all platforms. In a short trailer released on the official  YouTube channel and an accompanying post on Rockstar’s official website, the developer showcases the wide variety of content additions coming to the game with the latest update.

Red Dead Online: Blood Money adds a new questline from Angelo Bronte’s right-hand man, Guido Martelli, which will be available all across the map and will task players to recover private bonds, which in turn entail coach robberies, home robberies, and debt collections among other activities within the same space. These missions can be taken up either solo or co-op, and completing the quests will unlock Opportunities, which is described as, “a scheme to stifle a rising Lemoyne senator who is disrupting Bronte operations throughout the region.”

The opportunities will allow for various approaches, and might play more akin to a Hitman mission than a strictly-scripted Rockstar quest. In addition to the swaths of content, the July 13 update will also be including support for Nvidia DLSS in its PC version. Red Dead Online is available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and Xbox Series S.
