Red Dead Redemption 2

Countless people, myself included, have waxed lyrical about the world of Red Dead Redemption 2, about the depth and richness it exhibits, and how it’s crammed full of details that you might not even think would matter all that much, all of which come together to deliver immersion and a sense of place like very few other open world games have managed.

The world of Red Dead Redemption 2 is dynamic and constantly changing, and though many of these changes are the kind that you’ll obviously notice, a few can completely escape the player’s attention. YouTube user DefendTheHouse has recently uploaded an amazing video that showcases some of both kinds of such changes, such as buildings that are under construction at one point in the game and completely erected later on. Not only does the video show some excellent details in the game, it’s also set to an amazing song that, if you’ve finished the game by now, you’ll surely recognize as one of the very best tracks in what is already an excellent soundtrack. You can watch the video below.

For those of you who’ve exhausted the game’s meaty single player campaign and are ready to dive into the online side of things, Red Dead Online will be launching by the end of the month. Recently, a leaked image may have hinted at how that adventure might begin. Read more on that through here.
