We’ve got a whole lot of new information about the eagerly anticipated upcoming Red Dead Redemption 2 today (such as the confirmation of no upcoming PC port, for now, or the fact that the full game will be playable in first person, or that it will have a selfie camera). However, sometimes, simply seeing can be believing.

And while Rockstar is still being stingy with new gameplay footage and videos for the game, they have at least shared 24 brand new screenshots of the game, which you can see for yourself below. They exhibit the game’s striking art style, and imagery evoking a time period that strikes a chord with so many people. They also exhibit how technically impressive the game’s visuals are, with an incredible amount of detail that seems to have gone into the construction of its world, as well as the people and creatures that inhabit it. They’re something else. Take a look below.

Red Dead Redemption 2 launches for PS4 and Xbox One on October 26.
