Red Dead Redemption 2

There’s tons of people looking to get their hands on Red Dead Redemption 2 some time before launch, even if it’s a few hours. If you’re among them, you might be in luck, since the game will be going on sale in Target stores to give you the chance to do just that.

Standard Editions and Special Editions of Red Dead Redemption 2 on Xbox One and PS4 will be on sale in Target stores on 25th October, which is this Thursday, at 9 PM local time, which, in case you’re wondering, is three hours before the calendar turns to October 26th, the day of the game’s release.

Others might not be so lucky. As we recently reported, several independent game stores across the United States are not going to get the game at launch for unknown reasons, while many might not even get it till as late as a week after its launch. Read more on that here.

As for the game’s PC version, a recent listing online hinted that it might be coming next year, but those hopes were dashed quickly.
