Remedy is currently hard at work on Quantum Break, an amazing looking project that looks like it will feature the same kind of blend of immersive and innovative storytelling with top notch gameplay that their other games, such as Alan Wake and Max Payne, did. However, we haven’t seen or heard much of the game since its initial debut at E3 2013, and it was suspiciously missing from Microsoft’s E3 lineup this year.

Worry not, though! We finally get to see more of the game in action at Gamescom, which starts next week, and Remedy has promised on its Twitter that the new demo that they will showcase then will ‘leave you speechless.’ That’s quite a fair bit of talking the game up, and we know Remedy is not one for needless hype (they instead choose to simply go on radio silence if they don’t think their game is up to scratch- see also, Alan Wake 2006-2009), so this excites me about whatever it is that they might have to show.

We’ll obviously keep you posted. Stay tuned to GamingBolt for for more Gamescom coverage.
