There’s been a pretty major info leak at Disney. Well, major enough. Disney posted a press release on their website earlier, that they’ve now obviously pulled, that announced that Disney Infinity 2.0 will be releasing come August and that it would also feature Marvel characters.

You can, fortunately, still view the page via Google Cache (thanks, Infinity Inquirer).

“Disney Infinity 2.0 is coming in August 2014, and a teaser trailer can be viewed at Marvel.com,” Disney’s statement read before it was pulled off the website. “The teaser promises such Marvel-ous additions to the game as familiar Marvel characters, objects, and vehicles—the possibilities are infinite.”

The possibility of being able to play a game with Marvel, Disney and Star Wars (considering it is also now owned by Disney) characters all together is practically mouth watering. Do you think something like this could ever happen? Tell us in your comments.

Stay tuned for more info and in the meanwhile read our full review of Disney Infinity here.
