Resident Evil 2 Remake Launches January 25, 2019, Gets Debut Trailer

That's not a very long wait!

Sony showed off the long awaited Resident Evil 2 remake, which was announced a fair while back, and which so far we have not had a single look at. We got no actual gameplay footage, to be clear, but the trailer was moody, and seemed to recreate the atmosphere of Raccoon City incredibly well- it was a pleasure and joy to see those iconic characters and scenes in full HD, with the game itself done Resident Evil 4 style, over the shoulder.

The best part is, while we have had to wait a very long time for our first look at the game’s trailer or footage, we at least won’t have to wait that long to actually get our hands on it- the game will be launching on January 25, 2018 (keeping up Capcom’s streak of early releases every year), and in fact is available to pre-order right now, at leas digitally.

You can see the trailer for the game below- what do you think of it?
