Resident Evil 6 Allows Players to Replay Crossplay Battles

Posted By | On 10th, Jul. 2012

Capcom’s next premier survival horror Resident Evil 6 is upon us. The game has been touting it’s co-op gameplay for a while now, players can sync their co-op games together during boss fights to aid each other.

Producer Yoshiaki Hirabayashi stated:

We can’t give details on how we’re doing it, but you will know who you played with. Even if we didn’t display someone just joined your game, you would probably notice the different right away when a person jumps in. The AI has improved since Resident Evil 5, but nothing beats a player and you may notice you don’t need to use as much ammo since you have another player helping you out.

He also said that players can replay any mission in Resident Evil 6 after completing it, including the crossover missions.

He also stated that Capcom was “trying to keep the gameplay tuned so it you won’t miss the fun of playing the battle because the other person took it away from you”.
