Resident Evil 6: Street date broken in Poland, box looks pretty nice

It's in your court now Capcom.

Just like with Gran Turismo 5, a Polish retailer has broken the street date for Resident Evil 6. We have the complete images too, and the funny thing is, there’s no typo on the main box.

“As promised by the Polish distributor, Polish subtitles are selectible. English ones are, too. The packaging itself is in German. Strange indeed, but the game plays as advertised.”

What on earth was Capcom thinking when they shipped it so early? They will do something about this that’s for sure but one thing is for certain, the internet will now be filled with spoilers.

The official released date was on October 2nd, so there’s still a month to go. We have asked Capcom for a comment so stay tuned to GB.

Here’s our preview in case you want to read that.

“So there you have it. Resident Evil 6 has made zombies boring. Hopefully this isn’t reflective at all of the final game’s quality but being this close to release, that’s wishful thinking at best,” wrote our author Ravi.

Tell us what you think in the comments section below.

Thanks, NeoGAF.
