Resident Evil 7 ECG Health Indicator Returns, VR Mode To Be One Year Exclusive On PS4

The next iteration in the long running Resident Evil series, Resident Evil 7, received a new batch of screenshots showcasing indoor and outdoor environments, puzzles along with fantastic implementation of lighting which really sets up the scary look and feel the game is aiming for.

However there is more. Upon closer inspection one can clearly see that the ECG Health indicator from the original games has returned although its interface in on a wrist watchThen there are some disturbing images such as the stitches around the protagonist’s forearms. May be his forearm was chopped off and then stitched back together?

Resident Evil 7 will also be playable on the PlayStation VR on the PlayStation 4. However according to an advertisement on Facebook, the VR version of the game will be timed exclusive on the PS4. The exclusivity will last for 12 months.

Resident Evil 7 launches next January on the PS4, Xbox One and PC.
