Resident Evil 7 New Videos Challenge You To ‘Survive’

And also to be immortal?

Resident Evil 7 Biohazard

Capcom have released two new videos for Resident Evil 7, the newest entry in their long running survival horror series. The new game promises to go back to the horror roots of the franchise, and the newest videos released for the game demonstrate that to the fullest extent. The videos are titled ‘Immortal’ and ‘Survival,’ and they are as appropriately creepy as you would expect, given their names.

The videos give us a short look at the game’s world and mechanics, also giving us tantalizing new glimpses into the game’s gameplay. Personally, I think they work very well towards generating excitement for the kind of atmosphere that the game will have.

Resident Evil 7 will be launching in January on Xbox One, PS4, and PC. To drive home the horror atmosphere of the game, as well as the new first person point of view the game has imbibed, it will also be playable in PlayStation VR.
