Resident Evil HD Releasing on January 20th 2015

The HD remaster will be available for current and previous gen systems next month.

After recently announcing the release date of Resident Evil: Revelations 2 in February 2015, Capcom has revealed that the Resident Evil HD remaster will release in January 20th 2015 for North America and Europe. It will be made available for PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One. A new gameplay trailer has been released which you can check out above.

Resident Evil HD is actually a remake of the GameCube version which released many, many years and is in 1080p resolution on the Xbox One, PC and PS4. There is also support for 5.1 surround sound, a new “Very Easy Mode” and a 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio. You can also choose to play with the new control scheme or rely on the classic controls from the original.
