Resident Evil: Revelations 2 has a new update which finally adds in online co-op for the Raid mode. The Resident Evil.net events have also become playable in the process. Various issues have also been fixed with the recent update and stability improved.

As a spin-off from the main series (and a sort of spiritual successor to the original), Resident Evil: Revelations 2 started out as a weekly episodic series with a new episode releasing each week. Eventually, all episodes were collected together and released at retail on March 20th. The PS Vita version is still due for release at a latter date.

Raid mode was restricted to offline, local co-op in the beginning with the promise that online multiplayer would be added shortly after the retail release. Now that it’s here and new online events will be available, what are your thoughts on the game? Let us know in the comments below and stay tuned for more details.
