Resistance 3 already under production?

Neogaf poster goldsoundz has posted some really interesting images of a billboard featuring Resistance 3. This guy was travelling in his car and shot the images  in Shreveport, Louisiana, a place where a lot of motion picture shooting takes place. Now its nothing new that we will have a new game in the series, but a promotion so early was kind of unexpected . 2006 and 2008 saw the release of the first two games in series and its a no brainer that we will see a third game in 2010.
