Respawn Entertainment, created by former Infinity Ward developers Jason West and Vince Zampella, will finally be at this year’s E3. And they’re not coming empty-handed.

Vince Zampella recently tweeted about the event, confirming that the company would indeed be attending this year.

He then followed up by saying that he had “no intention of showing up empty-handed!”

After a very ugly breaking up with parent company Activision, Respawn Entertainment was formed in 2010 with the intention of creating a new first person shooter to be published by Electronic Arts. Since then, the developer has been rumoured time and time again to be appearing at E3, despite saying it would not reveal its first game at the event.

The only details that have been revealed about the title are its first person shooter roots, its science fiction-oriented nature that would allow EA to “compete with things like Gears and Halo” and a blurry screenshot teasing the game.
