Crystal Dynamics’ Rise of the Tomb Raider is the cover story for the March issue of Game Informer. The 12 page cover story will look into Lara Croft’s next big adventure along with showcasing her new look (which you can look at here).

Rise of the Tomb Raider takes place two years after the events on Yamatai and focuses on Croft as she ventures to Siberia to uncover the secret of immortality. You’ll need to hunt and create new survival gear this time around along with combating a secret society that’s been laying in wait. There will be tombs in this one but larger and full of more puzzles.

Interestingly, it’s mentioned that Crystal Dynamics hasn’t ruled out the possibility of the game arriving on other platforms later. Regardless, Rise of the Tomb Raider releases this Holiday season for Xbox One and Xbox 360 so stay tuned for more information in the coming weeks.
