Rise of the Tomb Raider New Video Looks At… The Tombs In The Game

I mean, tombs are pretty important to a Tomb Raider game, you know?

Rise of the Tomb Raider (7)

Unlike the 2013 reboot, it looks like Rise of the Tomb Raider will be a bit more like the classic Tomb Raider games, and see Lara breaking into the eponymous tombs, trying to crack their secrets and discover loot and treasure. The tombs, you see, will actually be important this time around- thank goodness, the name no longer lies!

To show us more of the tombs ahead of the game’s November 10 launch, we have this brand new video. It’s the newest episode of Woman vs Wild, and it details the new translation system, examines nested environmental puzzles, and previews the devious challenge tombs that reward players with ancient abilities.

You can check out the new video for yourself below. Rise of the Tomb Raider launches exclusively for the Xbox 360 and Xbox One next week, with a launch for PC following early next year, and for the PS4 in late 2016. Stay tuned for more coverage.
