Rise of the Tomb Raider (9)

Two of the biggest games of 2015 will be launching on the same day. Fallout 4 and Rise of the Tomb Raider will be be hitting retail shelves on November 10th, 2015. Fallout 4 is obviously the most anticipated title out of the two given that fans have been waiting for several years to get their hands on it, but Game Director Brian Horton is confident that the quality of Rise of the Tomb Raider will speak for itself.

“We’re big fans of Fallout, it’s such a great game. But we believe we offer something completely different from a gaming experience point of view. We feel good about the date and the quality of the game will speak for itself,” Horton said to GamingBolt.

Fallout 4 will be launching on all major platforms so sales wise it will most likely perform better than Rise of the Tomb Raider given that it is an Xbox exclusive for the time being. We just have to wait and see how these two games perform critically.

Horton also stated that Rise of the Tomb Raider will appeal to all type of fans.

“If you’re a fan of Tomb Raider in all incarnations whether it’s the core classics, the legendary first era of Crystal Dynamics or the reboot, know that we’re going to have something a little bit for everyone in here. And we want the player to feel like they can play the game the way they want. So if you’re a fan of more stealth-based gameplay you can play it that way, if you like more action it’s there also.”
