Rocket League

Originally scheduled to release on February 17th, Psyonix took fans by surprise by announcing the release of Rocket League for Xbox One yesterday itself.

Available digitally through Xbox Live, Rocket League should be available if you’re already pre-ordered the same. This of course depends on where you’re located in the world.

Rocket League will be arriving with all of its previously released DLC including some extras for Xbox One fans like Sunset Overdrive and Gears of War themed DLC. Psyonix has also launched Season 2 of ranked play which includes a complete overhaul of titles and such. More DLC is in store for Rocket League later this year as the game’s success – surpassing 8 million players as of December 2015 – continues.

Rocket League is also available on the PlayStation and PC which carry the added bonus of cross-platform play which the Xbox One sadly lacks. What are your thoughts on the game’s Xbox One release? Let us know in the comments.
