Psyonix is still on target.

Rocket League Snow Day

It’s February and you know what that means. Psyonix’s highly anticipated “sports” title Rocket League will be releasing on Xbox One. The developer hasn’t provided a release date in the lead-up but according to its official Twitter, it won’t be much longer.

When asked for a specific release date, the developer stated that, “We’re currently going through the certification process with @ID_Xbox. Mid-February is still our target. Glad you’re excited!”

So take February 15th as your reference point but keep in mind that it could come out sooner. Or later. But it’s better to think it could come out sooner.

Rocket League is already out on the PS4 and PC with roughly nine million players reported as of Christmas Eve. That number is certain to shoot up further as Xbox One players join in. Will you be picking up Rocket League on Microsoft’s console? Let us know in the comments below and stay tuned for more updates.
