Scalebound

Platinum Games’ Scalebound, the Xbox One exclusive action RPG that is due to release some time next year, is looking to be the kind of unique event that a new marquee Platinum Games release typically is. And at PAX, we got more information on the game that makes us even more excited about it.

For instance, it appears as though Scalebound will have 4 player co-op throughout the bulk of its campaign; each player will retain their dragon while in co-op, and coordinating and strategizing will be absolutely necessary if you want to make any headway into the game.

The game will also have in air dragon battles (something that is going to come out uniquely during the co-op games), which should add to the mayhem of four dragons and four humans riding them, in addition to whatever the heck is going on on screen at the time.

Scalebound will launch exclusively on the Xbox One next year. Stay tuned.

Thanks, RectifyGaming.
