Sea of Thieves Closed Beta Has Been Datamined, Lots Of Content Including Weapons And Enemies Revealed

The Sea of Thieves beta is still ongoing and will run until January 31 since it was extended by two days. One of the common complaints given by players in the beta is that there is a lack of content and many are hopeful that there will be a lot more to see in the game in its full release. One Reddit user m4rx datamined the beta test of the game and has found information about lots of things that aren’t seen in the beta.

Firstly, there are a lot of weapons, items, NPCs and more that was discovered through datamining. This includes weapons such as the blunderbuss and boarding axe, and enemies such as the mermaid and the kraken. However, keep in mind that some of these things that were datamined from the game files may not exist in the final version of the game.

We’ll just have to wait and see whether Rare is really withholding some important aspects of the game so as to include it with the final release of the game. Sea of Thieves is set to release for the Xbox One and PC on March 20. You can read the full list of content that was datamined below.
