Sekiro Shadows Die Twice

FromSoftware’s Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice will be receiving a major new update on October 29th with the Additional Features Update. In the meantime, publisher Activision has offered an update on sales figures, reporting over five million units sold since launch. The last significant milestone was in August 2019 with 3.8 million shipments worldwide.

Released in March 2019, Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice tells the story of a shinobi called Wolf as he embarks on a journey to rescue his young lord. The game is renowned for its artistic design, combat, and difficulty, winning multiple awards from a variety of publications, including Game of the Year here at GamingBolt. Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice is currently available for Xbox One, PS4, and PC, with a Google Stadia launch slated for this Fall. The Additional Features Update will add some interesting new features, including the ability to challenge previously defeated bosses, new “forms” for Wolf, and Remnants for recording messages.
