Shadow of the Tomb Raider Leaked Via Subway Laptop – Rumour

Yes, seriously.

Amusing to some and no doubt highly aggravating to others, it seems Shadow of the Tomb Raider is a thing. Unless you’re being very skeptical given the ridiculousness of it all.

As per a Reddit user, a picture of an employee’s laptop was taken on the Montreal subway and it’s apparently of a presentation for “Shadow of the Tomb Raider“. Interestingly enough, Kotaku’s sources confirmed that Shadow of the Tomb Raider was real and that Eidos Montreal (of Deus Ex: Human Revolution and Mankind Divided fame) was developing it. At least that explains why this laptop was on a Montreal subway if nothing else.

Crystal Dynamics has been in charge of the Tomb Raider franchise since the days of Legend so it’s weird if Eidos Montreal took hold. Then again, it’s possible that the former is working on something else in the meantime. Either way, treat this as a rumour and take it all with a heaping helping of salt.
