The Last Guardian and Final Fantasy VII remake were probably not enough for Sony, because they came out and announced that Shenmue III is real- and you have the ability to make it happen. That’s right, Sony and Yu Suzuki are putting Shenmue III up on Kickstarter, and you have the chance to go on there and donate to it right now. After more than a decade, Shenmue III can be real- and we can make it happen, guys.
Obviously, since this is a project that has not even begun development yet, there was no gameplay footage, nothing much to go on, but for the legions of fans who have been waiting for over a decade to see how one of the most tantalizing cliffhangers in history is resolved, the promise of finally seeing a conclusion to this beloved saga will be more than enough.
