Atlus has released a new trailer for Shin Megami Tensei 5: Vengeance, and it has a fair number of story spoilers for the new Canon of Vengeance story. If you want to go in completely blind, then beware. For everyone else, check it out below.

The trailer teases that the barrier surrounding Tokyo has broken, with Demons invading and the end of the world seemingly nigh. Various characters, including newcomer Yoko Hiromine, are featured alongside the new antagonists. The new Nahobino form and some of its moves also appear, and even the Demi-fiend from Shin Megami Tensei 3: Nocturne displays his power.

It’s a lot to take in, further echoing producer Shinjiro Takata’s statement that the new story route offers an additional 75 hours of gameplay. Launching on June 14th, Shin Megami Tensei 5: Vengeance will be available for Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PS4, PS5, PC and Nintendo Switch (with the current version getting delisted from the eShop on June 13th). Stay tuned for updates in the meantime.
