The Nintendo 3DS flat out refuses to die. Atlus has gone ahead and confirmed three localizations of long awaited RPGs for the system for North America, including the long awaited fifth entry in the Etrian Odyssey series, as well as the 3DS remakes of Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey and Radiant Historia.
Etrian Odyssey V: Beyond the Myth, Radiant Historia: Perfect Chronology, and Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey Redux are all due out on the Nintendo 3DS within the coming year or so. Etrian Odyssey will release in Fall 2017, while Radiant Historia and Strange Journey are both listed for an Early 2018 release. That’s right, in early 2018, at seven years old, the Nintendo 3DS will still be getting major game releases. Crazy.
