Shovel Knight Pocket Dungeon

Though Yacht Club Games’ Shovel Knight Dig was delayed to 2022, it confirmed that Shovel Knight: Pocket Dungeon was still on track for this Winter. In a recent tweet, it confirmed that the puzzle action title had finally completed development after three years. A release date should be announced in the coming days.

Developed alongside Vine, Shovel Knight: Pocket Dungeon pits the iconic Shovel Knight against tons of different blocks in procedurally generated rooms. Some may be enemies while others can provide resources. Chaining together combos will eliminate foes and you’ll receive artifacts that can help along the way. Along with 10 playable characters, there are both classic and new bosses that await the player.

There’s also a competitive mode for players to square off against each other. Shovel Knight: Pocket Dungeon is coming to Nintendo Switch, PS4 and PC. Stay tuned for more details and gameplay in the meantime.
