While we wait for new official details on Silent Hill f following its latest showing at Gamescom, it seems that its pre-load dates and size on PS5 have been revealed early. According to PlayStation Game Size on Twitter, its download size is reportedly 36.637 GB, though this is Version 01.001.000. The PC version comparatively requires 50 GB of installation space.
Standard Edition owners can allegedly start pre-loading on September 23rd in anticipation of its worldwide launch on September 25th at midnight (presumably local time). However, Deluxe Edition owners, who get two days of advanced access, can begin pre-loading on September 21st for playing on September 23rd. Konami has yet to outline official pre-load and release timings worldwide, so stay tuned for updates.
Alongside PS5 and PC, Silent Hill f is coming to Xbox Series X/S. Set in 1960s Japan, in the fictional town of Ebisugaoka, the protagonist is Hinako Shimizu, who’s caught in a battle for survival when the nightmarish fog descends.
