SimCity “City on the Brink” Trailer: How to Save a Life

Or even a whole city, if you're crafty enough, in SimCity.

EA has released a new trailer for SimCity, developed by Maxis for PC and Mac, which answers the eternal question that has plagued Hollywood blockbusters and TV shows alike: How do you bring back a city that’s on the breaking point?

In this new “City on the Brink” trailer, Maxis attempts to answer that by showcasing exactly how to save a city from multiple disasters and maybe increase popularity as well. It’s surprisingly easy. No seriously, if it worked like this in the real world, we’d probably have much more easily resolvable situations.

Of course, that’s only scratching the surface of SimCity’s gameplay. You can also manage multiple cities – alone or with friends – and pretty much build up your world to be a reflection of your deepest, darkest desires.

Needless to say, if we don’t see a Sim Gotham City when the game releases on March 5th, we’re going to be very disappointed.
