Skylanders Studio Working on Content for Destiny

Possibly working on Destiny 2 content?

Posted By | On 08th, Dec. 2016

With confirmation of High Moon Studios working with Bungie on Destiny 2, it’s now been confirmed that Vicarious Visions of Tony Hawk and Skylanders fame will also be working on the franchise going forward.

“Vicarious Visions is excited to announce that we are partnering with Bungie to further expand the award-winning Destiny universe.”

Till now it’s only been a rumour but the involvement of Vicarious is now a sure thing. Given how Activision has hyped up Bungie delivering content more consistently with next year’s sequel, having two other studios to help should get the job done.

Destiny 2 will also arguably be larger in scale than its predecessor. Along with coming to PC, rumours and reports have pegged it as having larger areas, more focus on quests and missions and just a lot more content for players to run through. More consistent updates will also apparently be happening but we’ll have to wait and see when Destiny 2 is released to actually know if that’s the case.
