Sony Computer Entertainment restructures SCEJ

Posted By | On 27th, Mar. 2012

It’s about time already, as Sony Computer Entertainment has restructured SCEJ into two divisions: First-party publishing and online services as of April 1. No, it’s not a joke, Sony just released a PR and its when a new Fiscal Year for major companies’ starts.

SCEJ president Hiroshi Kawano, will be behind the business strategy aspect of SCEJ and he takes over the mantle from Norio Sasaki.

There are also a lot of new positions created at the company, and you can check out the complete list in their PR. SCEJ had a really poor output this gen, and this seems like a positive move by Sony to rectify that.

Will this mean The Last Guardian will finally release this year? Don’t bet on it. Tell us what you think in the comments section below.
