Sony reveals its second enigmatic teaser trailer for Gamescom 2014

Posted By | On 07th, Aug. 2014

With the video gaming world and industry getting prepared for the arrival of the 2014 Gamescom Press Conference  in Cologne Germany, the Sony consumer base is getting hyped over the unveiling of the second Sony Gamescom trailer.

Titled “It’s Coming”, the trailer features an axe being buried into a tree stump which then becomes bloody following a flair in the audio. Wind can be heard blowing and cracking ice that leaks more blood fills the screen. A short fade to black reveals the hashtag, “PlayStationGC” and the tagline, “IT’S COMING”.

What exactly the trailer is teasing, if anything, is not known but it’s likely to be something to do with the VR headset. What we do know is that Sony has some explaining to do regarding the current state of struggling handheld, the PS Vita.

With the amount of games currently in development and the ever approaching holiday season, it’s likely that we’re going to see footage of titles that are still in the works and possibly even some new announcements. With much of the video game industry calling Gamescom, the new E3, it’s hard to predict just what Sony will do this time.
