Sony Will Announce Seven New Games At Paris Games Week

'E3 was only half the story.'

Sony may have started to sit out Gamescom, but it still has multiple major events per year that it shows off its wares at. These include E3, PlayStation Experience, and Tokyo Game Show, of course, but they also hawk their wares at Paris Games Week- which is coming right up. And if you have felt that the event seems to be curiously low key this year, well…

Sony has posted a new blog post about the event, and they seem to be promising the world here. ‘E3 was only half the story told,’ they tease slyly, hinting that there are a lot of big new announcements coming up- and indeed, right after, they promise that seven brand new game announcements for PS4 and PlayStation VR will be coming at the event.

I have to imagine some – if not a majority – of these will be smaller scale games (and/or VR titles, which won’t interest the majority of the PS4 fanbase). But if even one major new game for the PS4 is announced, I have to imagine the fanbase will deem the event worth it. Let’s hope that happens- and when it does, you can get all the news for yourself here at GamingBolt.
