In case there was any doubt as to the size of Insomniac Games’ Spiderman, a PS4 exclusive revealed recently at E3 2016 during Sony’s presser, then here’s some reassurance. In some recent tweets, the developer noted the size of the development team it has working on Spiderman and the engine it will be using.

Regarding whether Insomniac was working on Spiderman everyday or it had other projects in the pipeline, the developer noted, “Yes we have a huge team working on this game full time.”

It also responded on whether Spiderman was using the same engine as Ratchet & Clank and whether upgrades had been made. “We always iterate our engine between games. We don’t have more than one though.”

Spiderman PS4 is apparently the developer’s largest game till date and certainly Marvel’s largest till now. No word yet on the release date or final name so stay tuned for more information in the coming months.
