Square Enix Announces Drakengard 3 For North America

Action RPG coming to North America.

Posted By | On 10th, Oct. 2013

Square Enix’s dragon slaying action RPG, Drakengard 3, has been announced for a North American release; the title will be available exclusively on the PlayStation 3.

Drakengard 3 is a prequel to the other two games in the series. Featuring the series’ signature brand of action, it releases next year for $50 on the PlayStation 3 at retail, as well as digitally via Square Enix’s online store and the PlayStation Network Store.

Drakengard 3 is just another current generation title releasing well after the next generation of consoles have well and truly arrived, and more over, it is yet another PlayStation 3 exclusive exemplifying Sony’s approach to keeping their older consoles active even after their successors have been announced and released.

We will have more coverage for you on the game soon. Stay tuned.
