Star Citizen might be years away from its intended release, but that is not stopping its developer Cloud Imperium Games from sharing more information on it. Recently, the developers released two videos where they showcased some in-progress features the game is set to have.

The first video showcases the overhaul and improvements the team made on the character rendering tech for the game, also mentioning that more hair styles will be added, apart from the improved skin and eyes. The video also shows the work being done to ensure that AI characters roam the surface of the planets.

The second video  focuses specifically on the game dev side of things, as developers from the props team of Cloud Imperium Games showcase a usable trolly that will be available to handle and use in the upcoming Pyro Outlaw Space Stations in the game.

Given the size and scale of the game, along with the excitement generated behind it (if the crowdfunding numbers from last year are something to believe), it will be interesting to see what the final game will look and play like. For now, interested players can try it for free, as the team is hosting a free-for-all event till February 25.
