Star Citizen has received a new video which showcases the colonization system in the game. In the footage, you get to see the Consolidated Outland Pioneer ship which will be used in the colonization process. Basically, it allows players to create outposts on planets. Following this, players can purchase UEE Land Claim Licenses which allow players to buy either the smaller “Lot Parcel” or the larger “Estate Parcel”. As of now, they can be bought for $50 and $100 respectively.

These licenses can also be bought in-game with in-game credits so players who don’t spend real money on the game won’t really be at a disadvantage. Apart from this, the video also showcases the Consolidated Outland Mustang which is one of the cheapest ships in the game and is made available to the player as part of the starter pledge.

The game continues to grow well and its funds have exceeded $168 million at this point in time.
