Respawn Entertainment’s Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order can now be experienced at higher resolutions and frame rates on Xbox Series X/S and PS5. The latest title update essentially improves the frame rate and dynamic resolution ranges on the above platforms while Xbox Series X and PS5 receive better post-processing resolution. Xbox Series S owners can partake in 60 frames per second gameplay.

For Xbox Series X, there are two modes – Performance and Normal. The former increases the frame rate to 60 FPS while the dynamic resolution range is from 1080p to 1440p. Normal Mode increases the post-processing to 4K and dynamic resolution range to 1512p to 2160p.

Meanwhile, the PS5 sees an increased frame rate, from 45 to 60 FPS while the post-processing has been increased to 1440p. Dynamic resolution is disabled here with the resolution going from 810p-1080p to 1200p. Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is currently available for Xbox One, PS4 and PC but is playable on Xbox Series X/S and PS5 via backwards compatibility – check out our review here for more details.
