One of the biggest new mechanics being introduced in State of Decay 2 is the blood plague. Every so often players will get attacked by plague zombies, and when that happens, they get infected with the blood plague. As the name suggest, that’s a pretty dangerous disease which deteriorates your health and condition quite badly. To get the cure for for the blood plague, players have to find and destroy something known as blood hearts- which, of course, is easier said than done, since blood hearts attract zombies to them in large numbers.
