Stranger of Paradise Final Fantasy Origin’s Trials of the Dragon King Expansion is Out Now on PC and Consoles

The first expansion for Stranger of Paradise Final Fantasy Origin, titled Trials of the Dragon King, is out now on all platforms. The expansion brings a new storyline, 3 new jobs, and a new weapon type.

The Trials of the Dragon King expansion for Stranger of Paradise Final Fantasy Origin is out now on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.

The Stranger of Paradise Final Fantasy Origin expansion features new missions with a completely new storyline that takes place after the events of the base game. The story features the titular Dragon King, Bahamut.

The expansion also brings with it new Jobs and a new weapon type. The three new jobs in Trials of the Dragon King are Pilgrim, Evoker, and Summoner. The new weapon type is the staff. The expansion also now allows players to equip accessories, which grant special effects and status improvements.

To cap it all of, Trials of the Dragon King brings with it the new BAHAMUT difficulty mode, which is only accessible after clearing the game’s main storyline.

The Trials of the Dragon King expansion is part of the saeason pass for Stranger of Paradise Final Fantasy Origin. Future expansions part of the season pass are titled Wanderer of the Rift and Different Future.
