Street Fighter 6

Capcom debuted a new trailer at Sony’s State of Play for Street Fighter 6, revealing not one, not two, but three characters for its roster. There’s the wrestler Zangief, the wind-wielding Lily, and the dangerous Cammy. Check it out below.

Zangief is pretty much like the older games, using a deadly array of suplexes and throws to decimate opponents. Lily calls upon spirits and uses a pair of weapons and speed to her advantage. Cammy is similarly quick, relying on spins and kicks to get the job done before executing a foe. Overall, each looks incredible and fits into the new art style well.

Street Fighter 6 is out on June 2nd for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4 and PC. It features 18 playable characters at launch, including Ryu, Chun-Li, Jamie, Luke, Dee Jay, Manon, JP and Marisa. The fighter is confirmed to headline Evo 2023 later this year. Stay tuned for more details.
