Suicide Squad Kill the Justice League

Amid all the behind-the-scenes rumors and disappointing sales for Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, Rocksteady has announced that Season 3 will begin on October 1st. Also, as rumored, Zoey Lawton, aka Lawless, joins the roster as the next playable member of the squad.

While details on her playstyle are yet to come, the Brainiac tech backpack and arm cannon seemingly suggest harnessing it to deal damage. In the comic books, Zoe Lawton (known as the daughter of Deadshot) is skilled in firearms and archery. However, since this is an Elseworlds version, her story may differ.

Time will tell, but if Season 3 follows the same pattern, expect new Brainiac variants as the bosses, potential new activities, and new Strongholds. There should also be a new Premium Battle Pass and paid cosmetics.

As for the future of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, it will complete the current post-launch roadmap. However, the future is uncertain, especially with rumors of layoffs at Rocksteady (and a potential return to Batman). Time will tell, so stay tuned.
