Sunset Ovedrive “Ready to Roll” Shows Off Massive Wheeled…Thing for E3

THIS will be on the stage at E3?

Insomniac Games’ Sunset Overdrive will be at E3 2014 for Microsoft’s media briefing – since it’s exclusive to the Xbox One – but the developer doesn’t plan on rolling up in the convenient sense. Apparently, Insomniac has a massive bus crafted with art, logos and a massive “OD’d” mutant as a hood ornament. Insomniac will also be unveiled this abomination on the stage for Overdrive’s presentation, promising to “explode the rules”. “Abomination” may be too harsh of a word but seriously, look at the above video and say otherwise.

Sunset Overdrive will be a massive open world title focusing on crafting, rail hopping, wall running and customizing your character as you see fit while battling tons of mutants. The game’s over the top visual style and cultural smelting helps it stand out among current exclusives but we’ll need to wait and see how actual gameplay pans out.

Hopefully Sunset Overdrive will be out this year. Are you looking forward to it? Let us know in the comments.
