Super Smash Bros. Ultimate’s DLC fighters have been a major talking point for months now, and with three out of five of them having been revealed, speculation about the remaining two has grown rampant. Recently, reports emerged that the fourth Challenger for the crossover fighter would be a character from an SNK franchise, and now, new information has emerged that may have pinned down exactly who that will be.

According to @NanaKarobi and Sabi – known Nintendo insiders with a proven track record with leaking stuff – the fourth DLC character for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is going to be Terry Bogard, the protagonist of the Fatal Fury franchise, who’s also a major character in the King of Fighters series.

If rumours are to be believed, Nintendo’s going to be streaming a Nintendo Direct presentation soon, which is when they might make this official announcement.

Before that happens though, there’s still one more Challenger on the way with Banjo-Kazooie. Recent reports have suggested that DLC could be out within the next two weeks.
