Developer Remedy Entertainment offers fresh details on how it is enhancing its acclaimed horror title for the upcoming PS5 Pro.
The assist options are included with the free Anniversary Update, which goes live tomorrow alongside The Lake House expansion.
The upcoming expansion will also feature a new enemy type in the Painted, as well as a new FBC-specific weapon for protagonist Kiran Estevez to use.

It includes the base game, Digital Deluxe Edition items, Expansion Pass and more. The Collector's Edition ships in December for $199.99.
Remedy has also toned down the amount of resource drops doled out in Night Springs Episodes 2 and 3 to "more reasonable levels."
Epic Games will have exclusive distribution rights on PC for the "entire product life cycle", with further details to be announced.
Night Springs may not be essential, but it's still an absolute blast.
The physical release of Alan Wake 2 will need players to download updates and the second DLC separately.
In addition to showcasing the first expansion for Alan Wake 2, Remedy Entertainment has announced physical deluxe and collector's editions, due out this fall.
Alan Wake 2's first of two paid expansions, Night Springs, is scheduled to release at some point in 2024.
Details are scarce, but Epic Games has confirmed that the battle royale title is getting a Fallout crossover.
Arcade-style racer Horizon Chase 2 will also have cross-platform multiplayer across PC, Switch, PlayStation, and Xbox.
